OILS AND FATS
Our know-how and dedicated refining lines guarantee high quality in the processing of vegetable oils and fats, such as palm oil, cocoa butter, shea butter, sal fat, coconut oil and fluid oils like high oleic sunflower oil, offering tailor-made fat solutions.
MARGARINES & MELANGES
Unigrà’s margarine and mélange solutions vary in plant origin, fat content, rheological and technical
properties, providing options for a wide range of applications, including clean-label formulations.
Butter blends are available with butter content ranging from 5% to 30%.
CHOCOLATE
Our chocolate stands out for its superior sensory qualities and exceptional workability. This is the result of a careful selection of raw materials, expertly blended cocoa masses, advanced and dedicated production lines, and the continuous improvement of formulations by our R&D team.
CHOCOLATE COMPOUND
We offer an extensive range of chocolate compounds, available in both liquid and molded formats, crafted after a meticulous selection of raw materials and vegetable fats. Our assortment includes classic and flavored varieties, hydrogenated and non-hydrogenated options, as well as palm-free, milk-free, and nut-free products.
SPREADABLE CREAMS
A wide range of high-quality spreadable creams, characterized by a unique texture and creaminess. Suitable for cold fillings, baking applications, and couvertures, they are available in both classic and innovative formulations.
PLANT-BASED EXTRACTS
Plant-based extracts derived from soy and rice (over which we maintain full control of the supply chain), oats and buckwheat. Perfect dairy alternatives for milk-free vegetable drinks, gelato, yogurts, creams, and sauces.
WATER BASED-FILLINGS
Ready-to-use water-based creams, available for pre-baking as well as for post-baking applications. Pre-baking creams are ideal for baked applications, ensuring stability during baking and freezing, while post-baking creams are perfect for cold fillings and decoration, suitable for products to be frozen. Both types deliver excellent texture, flavor, and ease of use.
